1. Medical Spa Services
Chacing Beauty Med Spa provides elective wellness and aesthetic medical services including, but not limited to:
 Injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, Xeomin, dermal fillers)
 Weight loss programs (e.g., semaglutide, lipotropic injections, etc.)
 IV hydration therapy
 Vitamin and wellness injections
 Micro needling, chemical peels, and related skincare services
All treatments are administered by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable laws and under the supervision of a licensed medical director.

2. Eligibility and Consent
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services unless accompanied by and consented for
by a legal guardian. By receiving services, you affirm that:
 You have disclosed all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and health conditions.
 You understand the nature, risks, and potential outcomes of the requested procedures.
 You consent to treatment voluntarily and understand that results may vary.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations
 A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
 No-shows may be charged in full.

 All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate services at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the medical nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, treatment packages, or products purchased. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will reasonably consider requests for corrective action or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

5. Results and Disclaimers
We make no guarantees regarding aesthetic outcomes. Individual results will vary depending on numerous factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with post-care instructions.

You acknowledge:
 Some side effects may occur and are discussed in your informed consent documents.
 Any concerns must be reported immediately to our team for evaluation and support. Chacing Beauty Med Spa does not provide emergency or primary care services. In the event of a medical emergency, dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. If you are having and issues or side effects from procedure, seek emergency help and please reach out to us ASAP!

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, forms, branding, and marketing materials, including logos, images, service names, and written content is the property of Chacing Beauty Med Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
